Shipping policy
At Alicamèl, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g. pre-orders or limited releases). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Alicamèl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@alicamel.com.au and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Alicamèl is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping timeframes will be outlined on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.
