Refund policy
At Alicamèl, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared with the utmost attention to detail.
We hope you love your purchase, however if you need to arrange a return or exchange, we are here to assist.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused and unwashed

All original tags must be attached

Item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Alicamèl is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for size where stock is available.
To request an exchange:

Contact us at info@alicamel.com.au with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

Once approved, return the original item within 7 days.

Your replacement size will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
European & International Customers
We gladly accept returns from customers outside Australia.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable

Exchanges for international customers will be processed as a return + new order, due to international shipping timeframes
We recommend using a reliable, tracked courier service.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items showing signs of wear, washing or damage

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
